Description:
Participants first of all go shopping to the traditional “Mercado de Abastos” (Food Market), accompanied by the chef with whom they will cook the products in the workshop.
At the end, they sample the dishes they have made.
The cooks/tutors of this original gastronomy workshop are among the most renowned Galician chefs. In previous editions they have taken part:

Sali en una nube. Yo fui al taller de Marcelo y para mi fue un lujo. Nos hizo un conejo, un bizcoho, una sopa de maiz, él estuvo encantador, agradlable y fue una experiencia increible ayudar a este genio a cocinar. Casi nada. |

Hizo muy mal tiempo pero enseguida nos olvidamos. |

Increible, enriquecedora, diferente, y además cercana y humana. Aprendí un montón de cosas, y ya va por el tercer taller al que voy y si por mi fuese no faltaría a ninguno. |
