Lo vimos por casualidad, estaba lleno pero finalmente conseguimos entrar. Eran vinos del Ribeiro con quesos de Galicia. Somos de Madrid y para nosotros fue una grata sorpresa. El sumilier era muy simpático iy todo muy profesional pero muy digerible para cualquier persona. Aprendimos cosas. |

La cata de cervezas Estrella Galicia del sábado 28 de febrero estuvo genial!!: Fernando Iglesias, el jefe de calidad de Estrella Galicia,
es un crack, super-interesante y documentado, y enseña cosas útiles como
cómo servirla bien etc.! Queda otra de Estrella Galicia con Queso Tetilla a finales de marzo, y la chica de la DO Tetilla, Marisé Mosteiro, es super-amena e interesante
también: otro crack! (la vi en la cata de noviembre, que ya estuvo y ahora repite). Así que supongo que esa última estará muy bien. Os lo comento por si no habéis ido a ninguna, para que os animéis, o por si queréis animar a alguien: está tirado de precio, y no creo que para el año mantengan estos precios en vista del éxito y de que es un auténtico regalo: el valor del producto que degustas es sueprior a 5 €, y aún por encima, aprendes! De verdad: genial! |
